Rude employee forgot my order and when I inquired about it she kept saying she needs 5 minutes which turned to 10. Then I came... back and she said she needed one more minute which turned into 5 minutes. She was working by herself and could have simplyapologized but she gave me attitude instead. I got a refund. Update: 10/2/21 missed sanitation grade this time. Had someone order chicken to bring to Asheville NC. Chicken was still good... an warm. Only one issue, I was told that the young lady who took the order was nice but the older lady who took the money, had anasty attitude. That's not good, all it takes is a simple smile if you tired, mad are frustrated. Never take it out on acustomer. They will be back again soon to see if employee attitude is better. 2/24/21 Sanitation grade 99, great!! Heard about Krispy Krunchy Chicken from watching Wheel of fortune. Very nice staff, with a smile, they fried my 16 piece chickenfresh. Drove back to Asheville NC and chicken was still warm and good. Will be back next visit. Keep up the good work!! Read more
