I had to go thru this line 3 times the first I got the order wrong the second time had to get what was missing. The 3rd time... just realized I didn?t have a spoon or straw to drink with. They so focused on my bad day that they made it worst. Read more
DO NOT COME HERE I was in the drive Thur line the workers are just rude no manners if you want to get yelled at while you... ordering you?re food than come there oh yeah and it took 30 min to get our food maybe if the workers here actually doing theirjob it would be faster , the worker at the window is literally having a whole 30 min conversation with the person in front Iguess their related or something they?re even FaceTiming someone definitely never coming back these people need to be fired.. I understand that restaurants are short staff but it shouldn't change the quality of the food being served. My taste buds is... trying to figure were the 11 herb and spices are. Disrespectful bland chicken. The Cole slaw had more flavor. Read more
Only 2 people in the store when I ordered... Brrrrrruh! I'll still be waiting when yall read this. Taco bell side of kitchen... is 10 minutes quicker than KFC. Also, I ordered a kfc meal that comes with a cookie (supposedly). I didn't receive the cookie. I said this to the employee. She said "we don't have any." I said "I didn't get my meal any cheaper." She said "the cookie iscomplimentary." That makes ZERO sense. If it's on my receipt as part of the purchase, then give me the item, replace the item,or reduce the price of the combo. My fries were turned upside down. I know this because I checked them in restaurant. I ain'tasking for much. I just want what I paid for. And preferably in a container and not scattered about the bag. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo didn't recieve my drink on top of that there's a huge piece of duck tape in my mac and... cheese! Called the store to speak with management and they picked up and hung up on me everytime! I've also contacted corporatea few times could never speak with an agent! I filed a complaint with kfc online as well as door dash this is ridiculous I willnever order from here again! I don't advise anyone else to either no telling whatever is done to the food! Just left there and drove home with what were supposed to be 3 crispy colonel sandwiches. Arrived home to find 3 sandwiches... with 2 overcooked chicken tenders on each bun. Rubbery and dry chicken tenders in place of a big chicken breast. If I could give0 stars I would. I will not be returning. Read more
The drive thru team member was trying to give me extra crispy, which I DID NOT order. She got major bad attitude when I asked... for original. She slammed the window closed in my face as I was talking to her. The cook then came to the window and said "Uncyou are messing up my line" and he walked away without listening to me. I asked for a manager and the female clerk then saidthe manager was not there and closed the window on me again as I was talking. I did not move from the drive thru and then themanager finally came to the window and I told her that I did not order extra crispy chicken and I told her what happened. Shestated that she would take care of it. I was disrespected and treated unprofessionally and VERY RUDE. I will NEVER visit thisstore again, ever. Those employees need to be trained on the importance of customer service and they should not treat anyone theway the treated me and made me feel. All because of a mistake that YOUR employee made by trying to give me extra crispy chickenthat I did not order. And why did the cook have to come to the window to put his two cents worth in??????
