Ordered 8 piece bucket. Received 7 piece. Guess I should start counting my chicken pieces before leaving the restaurant.
I would give no stars if I could! They were out of everything and what we did end up ordering tasted like it had been sitting... for hours along with cold French fries the only thing good was the sweet tea! The chicken was not even fully cooked ! Asked forextra crispy got one grilled the rest had a soft outside...this is by far the worst dinner I've ever had!!! They were pretty much out of everything no extra crispy chicken no Poppies had a sick son at home so it was a $50 disaster but... usually they're pretty good in there. They must have been short-staffed like everyone else. 20 minutes and to go line pulled uporder was wrong thank goodness I checked. Ended up going back through the drive-thru to be pulled forward checked again had leftout several items ended up going back in the store :( Read more
Update: After contacting KFC customer service, I was contacted by the manager of the store which was able to make things right.... I will add, the chicken has been great lately, majority of the staff has been on point with customer service, unfortunatelyencountered a worker that exhibited the worst representation for the company. Previous experience: Ordered 4 PC wings & biscuit,ended up with 4 biscuits ONLY! Although I had my receipt & could show what was in the box the cashier & manager refused toacknowledge and make things right. I requested the district managers contact info which they swore not having any knowledge toshare this. I took photos for documentation, & while doing so was threatened. I left, googled the customer service number forfurther service. This is crazy! Never again Read more

I don't know why I gave this place another chance. Every time I go they are we out of something or get my order wrong. First... they had me park in front of the first door, which is by the drive thru to wait on my order. A couple minutes later the carbehind me is honking his horn for me to move and the kfc employee is waving and shooing her arms for me to get out of the way.So they had me park around the building. Once I finally got my order I realized they forgot my drink. I went inside to get itand the employee that took my order and manager both ignored me. After they took 3 other orders and me standing there for about10 minutes, they finally acknowledged me and gave me my cup. Now I'm ready to leave and their food service truck comes andblocks the whole driveway...no way around them. Finally get home after 30 min. And see that they forgot the biscuits to my 12piece meal and the 6 cookies it was supposed to come with. I didn't have time to go back so I called them and nobody picked upthe phone. I tried calling 3 times, to speak to someone so I can get this resolved and no one answered. They messed up my order,gave horrible customer service and cheated me out of something I out for. This place is ridiculous! If they forget something assimple as putting biscuits in our order. What else are they forgetting? Are they forgetting that the chicken is past theexpiration time / date?
