I went to this KFC at around 9:55PM on November 1st. The woman who was working there took a picture of my debit card and... attempted to make a $161 purchase at Finish Line. She was the only one present at work, and I haven?t used my card since thatday so I?m very sure she took a photo copy of my card. I will be moving forward with the police to get access to the cameras tosee what we can do. When I called today to speak with a manager about what had occurred she informed me ?It?s impossible?because the workers aren?t allowed to have their phones at the register. We live in a world where nothing is impossible, andbecause she decided to take this matter lightly I will be having her investigated as well. Horrible food! Their fries are soggy and salty. They missed to keep the side and also the sauce packets in the drive thru order... and finally their biscuit is pathetic as it?s not cooked fully. Read more
I had just came from seeing black panther so my blackness was in full effect and hungry so I stopped by kfc on my way home for... some chicken and this rude white girl wearing glasses with much attitude didn't correct my order . Very very disappointed with KFC, my purchase was approximately $34, 12 piece bucket, but when I got it home I was looking... forward to the juicy flavor of KFC, I found out that juicy Finger Licking Good was not present, I ate a couple of pieces ofchicken, and I threw the rest of the dinner out it was horrible. I will never go back to KFC again and I told my friends alreadywhat the food was like, a couple of them said the same thing the recipe was not the same and they did not like it. Read more
I love their chicken! I grew up eating KFC. So far I have tried chicken sandwiches from Popeye's, Arby's, Chic Fil A, PDQ,... Wendy's, McDonald's. After trying the KFC chicken sandwich it is by far the worst chicken sandwich I have ever had. It was sodisappointing ????. It was small, hard, chewy, dry, not warm enough, and did not taste fresh. ???? Chicken pot pies are gross! Good crust but no potatoes, or chicken. Should be renamed a carrot pot pie. ???????????? Always... out of chicken. Crispy Chicken is best. Read more
I'm not sure how to rate this visit. 3 stars is being overly considerate. I placed my order at the drive thru window. There were... 2 cars in front of me. The wait at this point wasn't long, the driver in front of me pulled out of line. When I got to thewindow I reviewed my order with the cashier to be sure she had it right and she did something on the register and took mypayment and gave me the drink. My complete order was ready a minute later, but I had to wait another minute for the popcornchicken. No problem. Got the order pulled to the side to check for accuracy and sure enough it was wrong ... way wrong. I pulledaround and went inside. The lady walks past me then turns back after a minute to see if she could help me. I explain that myorder was incorrect she said give it to me so I can throw it away, I told her I would keep it if she was gonna trash it. Shesaid she had to, I said okay and I waited for my food. Then the manager tells me that I have to wait 10 minutes for the chickento cook. I'm ok with that. The chicken is ready and the lady gets my order completely wrong AGAIN. This time she says I can keepthe incorrect order. WOW! I wait another 10 minutes before my order is complete an accurate. I was unbelievably patient for thisfiasco. I will say that the manager Renee was cool and did finally get everyone working together. My visit came right at a shiftchange. I just stop by the drive-thru 20 minutes before closing which was 9:40 p.m. on a Sunday and the drive-thru is already closed... when the restaurant closes at 10 p.m. This is the second time I have waited in the Drive-Thru, the first time I waited it was 30minutes before closing they left the drive-thru waiting, was not taking any orders and then right at 10 p.m. the drive-throughmessage said that they was closed and this was a weekday.
