The manager (big black guy) is the worst unprofessional even is screw. How a customer stand front to you ignore me and keep... talking with your crew for 3 minutes when you se me look at you you escaped in the back. There were no other customers around so the service was prompt. Order ready before I could pour the drinks. Got the side wrong... on one order but quickly fixed it or so I thought ... Got home to find the cookie that was supposed to be with one order wasnot included. Did the biscuits shrink? I guess that is just shrinkflation. All a little surprising how fast the service wassince at least three employees were outside the front door with another constantly going in and out.
