I tried to eat here today. Stood at the first register and no one came to help me. Moved over to the second register?.literally... 4 feet away from 2 members of the staff. They didn?t stop the task they were working on. Thought to myself, maybe if I grab somechips, that?ll signal that I want to order. Still no movement to help, even from another lady dressed in black that kept comingup front to do tasks. I was about to say something when the girl close to me took off her gloves and walked towards the firstregister and helped a couple who had arrived after me. When they were done, she started helping someone behind them. There?sstill a young man 4 feet away from me that never moved to assist or even acknowledge me. I spoke up and asked if there was areason she skipped over me. She motioned to the counter in front of her. I said I only moved over to be sure you saw me becauseI wasn?t being helped. At this point, she rolled her eyes at me. That was enough. Not one single word was spoken to me. It?s ashame because this used to be a great place. It?s one thing when an understaffed team is trying to help everyone. It?s anotherthing when you have a customer literally under your nose and you refuse to assist her. All that needed to be said was ?I?m sosorry. I didn?t realize you were waiting? or something to that effect. I left and spent my hard earned money elsewhere and Iencourage the same from others. Awesome healthy and safe eating. This is the way to go. It?s a lil pricey but great food you pay now or pay later with your... health. Eating processed foods. No processed foods here. Fresh is definitely worth the price. Read more
Took a friend for lunch. I got a pineapple mango smoothie and it was delicious. My friend got a sandwich and she stated it was... really delicious. The woman who brought our food to the table was very nice and even got us extra napkins and brought them tothe table....will definitely go back.... Read more

I've been coming here since they opened in 2007 (Rivergate location) Regularly. Today I went in and they no longer have anything... from the grill or fryer. No burgers and no fries (regular and sweet potatoe). I asked if this was permanent and they said yes.Now, instead of someone bringing your food to the table everything is packaged to go. HUGE WASTE FOOTPRINT. Over the years Ihad gotten to know the lady who brought my food. Annette always had a smile and was very helpful. It is now a cold, nopersonality place. I highly doubt it is supply chain or staffing problems. This was done for the almighty buck and to me, itshows. I won't be back. Read more
