If I could give no stars today I would, I called to place an order one individual answered the phone and I didn?t mind holding... on as he asked me to do so he come back to the phone and the phone was answered as if he was laying in the bed at home loungingjust as nonchalant as he wanted to be. I was given to another individual and he wants to know my address I never told them thatI wanted it to be delivered and they never asked , I go in to pick up my order the staff member drops my bag on the floor andsome young simple minded girl is standing there laughing at the entire process very immature, fortunately nothing happened withthe food but they just stand there like zombies! I asked where the manager is and he points to the manager, from the angle inwhich I was standing I could not see the individual I was asking for yet I know that the manager heard me ask for him but neverbothered to acknowledge me as a customer, my car was running and my father was waiting in it for me I decided to just move on. Idid say aloud that this set of individuals need to learn better customer service skills and whoever owns this store need to havea serious meeting and deal with these lazy people that are coming to work, or stay home we don?t need this here needless to sayI?ll never be back to this Jimmy John?s restaurant again. Food always amazing. Ordered online they offered curbside but for some reason worker stated curbside wasn't available. Minor but... when ordering online it specifically asked did we need napkins checked Yes, no napkins were placed in the bag. Read more

They were fast. But this is the second time I've ordered that the un-which is not even wrapped. I open it and it's fallen... completely apart. There's no way to eat it, especially when the lettuce was wet when wrapped and the papers are wet too. Read more
