I've ordered delivery from this location three times. Every time I've waited at least an hour, and each time the order has been... wrong. I don't order anything complicated. They forget drinks, chips, and put the incorrect sandwich in my bag. I love JimmyJohn's but I just can't order from this location anymore. Read more
I ordered a Turkey Tom and this is what I got. This is not a Turkey Tom. And to top it off the delivery person short changed me.... So when he came back I told him to give me my correct change back. Don't go there!! Criminals work there!!! One of the workers harassed me until I called the police. The officer called corporate... to see if I could have the company reimburse me because he also kicked a large dent in my car which was parked near theresteraunt after following me. The other workers took up for him. If they handle their customer service skills like that, thereis no telling how they handle food. ???? Read more
WHAT IS GOING ON AT THIS PLACE LOL!!? In town for a few days and this Jimmy John?s is a legit nightmare. Couldn?t help but... laugh, took 25 minutes for a sandwich, and was stared at the entire time while I waited. I started laughing and asked the guybehind the counter if he?s alright lol. Went here last week about a half an hour before closing. The one counter employee was not wearing a face mask. The one... employee taking trash out was not wearing a mask as he went in and out of the shop. A few months ago I came in to order asandwich and the employees were wearing masks, but only over their mouth. When employees disregard mask-wearing, it makes mewonder how they are handling the sanitizing of the place. I hope this review gets the attention of the Manager, FranchiseOwner, or someone that can be sure the employees at this location follow Covid rules. Read more
