I order delivery from this store at least once a week for lunch. Recently I checked my bank statements and saw that there was an... extra $23 tip put into one of my orders which I definitely didn?t leave. I had email proof of the receipt with the total Iauthorized and After contacting the store manager AND corporate (who didn?t pick up the phone for 2 days) , nobody got back tome to refund the unauthorized charge. I was told that the ?franchise owner deals directly with feedback? ? the order was placed2 weeks ago and still no resolution. I?m not sure if their driver is editing extra tip amounts, but double check yourstatements. The customer service in this company is really, really poor. Read more

I usually come here every once in a while. Lately I have been coming once a week. When I walk in I?m wearing regular business... work clothes and the old guy there always enters my order wrong. Most of the time, there is only 1 person in the line in frontof me, but for some reason it takes at least 5 minutes to get my order placed. Everybody gets quite and nobody looks me in theeye. It?s like they are nervous to attend to me. I wouldn?t be bothered as much if I wasn?t on my way to work on most of thesetrips there. Jimmy John?s has always been known for speedy service, so I always give them a chance. No other Jimmy John?s I haveever been to has given me a service issue. Have ordered from here a few times over the last month and have gotten great service, but each time has gotten worse in terms of... quality of the sandwich. The lack of lettuce on the sandwich I got today was a joke, and the over all build of the sandwich wasjust incorrect. This is a great location with good speed and what you would want to expect from a Jimmy Johns. The regional manager is there... often which likely contributes to its overall consistancy, which shows that they care about what they do. Can't go wrong here! Read more
I have had nothing but positive experiences with the Jimmy John's on Park Road. They deliver as fast as they claim and their... food is always fresh and delicious. I just finished up another of my favorites "The Spicy East Coast Italian" and my mouth issinging the praises of the capicola and Jimmy Peppers. Anytime I've called them - the employees have been friendly and helpful.Sometimes I just call to say that sandwich was bangin! Great folks, great food - great value! Read more
