I order delivery from this store at least once a week for lunch. Recently I checked my bank statements and saw that there was an... extra $23 tip put into one of my orders which I definitely didn?t leave. I had email proof of the receipt with the total Iauthorized and After contacting the store manager AND corporate (who didn?t pick up the phone for 2 days) , nobody got back tome to refund the unauthorized charge. I was told that the ?franchise owner deals directly with feedback? ? the order was placed2 weeks ago and still no resolution. I usually come here every once in a while. Lately I have been coming once a week. When I walk in I?m wearing regular business... work clothes and the old guy there always enters my order wrong. Most of the time, there is only 1 person in the line in frontof me, but for some reason it takes at least 5 minutes to get my order placed. Everybody gets quite and nobody looks me in theeye. It?s like they are nervous to attend to me. I wouldn?t be bothered as much if I wasn?t on my way to work on most of thesetrips there. Jimmy John?s has always been known for speedy service, so I always give them a chance. No other Jimmy John?s I haveever been to has given me a service issue.
