Don't play yourself with "curbside delivery". The drive thru is your best bet. Otherwise, tasty and quick.

Couldn't decide on dinner so chose jimmy John's it's close and this one has a drive thru. Ended going inside anyway lol. Spent... the extra money got the sandwiches in large feed me and the wife dinner and lunch the next day with some to spare. Good locationgreat service will be pack a 3rd time Read more

Ordered through the doordash app which stated delivery would be 18mins for this location. The app said the order was complete... and after waiting an hour without food , I called the store to get an ETA since the restaurant delivers the food and not adasher. They said the order should be there shortly. We waited another 45 mins and the food finally arrived. We also have a signon our door stating not to ring or knock since we have a newborn and did not want the dogs to wake her. Not only did thedelivery driver ring the bell but he rang the bell twice which woke our baby, and left the food and drinks in front of the doorto where we cannot open the door without knocking our drinks over. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Ordered two subs, hoping it would arrive between appointments at work. 45... minutes went by no sandwiches. I called and my order was still there so I told them I would just come get it because we arepractically across the street. Show up and 4 girls are standing around with order slips lined up all over the counter. Ask formy order and girl realizes my order is gone and asked if the driver took it. No one knew so as I proceeded to tell the managernamed Liz what was going on and if someone could just figure out if our order was being delivered she cut me cut me off and toldme that wasn?t going to help them make me new sandwiches. At this point I?m super annoyed and asked if I could just have arefund if they can?t even tell me where my order is while In the background a girl named Reece was making the ugliest faces ateverything I said like a broken back up dancer. Manager tells me she doesn?t know where her driver is and has no way to get ahold of them for them to tell me if she even has it and they?re just going to make me knew sandwiches. At this point I justwanted to spend my money elsewhere and didn?t want these girls with attitudes touching my food. She said I had to contactcorporate to get a refund. Driver calls me 5 minutes later than to make sure she was at the right suite even though they had nopossible way of getting a hold of their driver? Driver apologized and said she was filling in and wasn?t sure what they hadgoing on over there. I understand people are short staffed even though there were 4 girls there plus a driver and things getbusy but there were NO customers in the store. Jimmy johns poor communication and people who make faces at customers as theyspeak isn?t a good look for you. Read more

The staff is friendly enough and I usually don't have issues with my food but ffs something needs to be done about deliveries.... Orders routinely take an hour or even closer to two sometimes and I'm two miles away. Not only that, but they don't inform youand they do not update the tracker on the app so you don't actually even know when your food was finally dropped off. Beenordering from various JJs for at least 10 years and have never had problems before this location. Read more

Jimmy Johns University botched my order sandwiches were thrown together sloppy also ordered Italian night Club got a turkey... sandwich.I did online revue also spoke to manager that night he said they don?t refund money back to your card they keep it onfile with phone number .I waited almost two months and tonight wife and I decided to use credit .Called in to University storewe had the rudest person said she was a manager then later said she doesn?t have to give us her name because she is a minor.Long story short she never found credit told me it was not her fault and general manager said if she can?t find it then we werenot getting it tonight .I asked for name of manager and when they would be at store so I can come have a conversation .Employeewould only say general manager is Josh and he would be in tomorrow morning.Thanks for nothing .After looking at reviews I seewhy issues at store.Jimmy John University owe me a full refund .I never want to eat at this Jimmy John?s ever again.Whoever isin charge of phones right now is culprit.Pics of sandwiches that were suppose to have credit for (slop) not fit to eat .Notbegging but could a real manager contact me please.Not interested in credit from store (employees ) are also issue Read more

I frequent, I order online and pull through the drive thru. The last 3 orders I have placed ha e been wrong. Twice ordering and... adding avocado/guac both times they left it off but charged me for it. One other time I added sliced pickles and side of ranch.They left them off but charged me for them.
