Well, its a Jimmy Johns sub, quality is the same as the other JJs loations... which is good. This particular one though, the... young lady doing sandwich prep had the bag in my hand before I was even done paying... VERY quick and that's great! Read more

Very friendly staff, I was greeting by the young lady preparing the food. As I was placing my order at the counter the 2 young... ladies could hear what I was ordering and got started on my order. By the time I finished the transaction my order had beenfulfilled it was awesome. Top notch service. (Didn't get their names but they were working around 6pm). Read more

The sandwich artist who took and made our order should learn to match the pace of the customer. Being in customer service means... you should listen first , stop guessing and actually make sure you have the order correct. This would lead to more add on's atorder and a much better customer experience. Terrible customer service. You have 2 ears for a reason. Read more

This will be my LAST time eating here. I received my order and took 1 sip of my drink and it had no flavor. I went to pour it... out and it was FILLED with particles. I called to inform this store and the manager Sheena told me the sprite had been replacedafter telling her what I found in my drink. No apology. Refund. Empathy. Nothing. I explained again what I found in my drink andshe proceeded to tell me how another employee tested the water and it is fine. I had to tell them to refund my money. I wentinto the location to show them. Sheena and another manager I think named Zach. They both looked at the drink and said theydidn?t know what it was and that they have never seen that before. Still no apology. Was not handled properly. Even after Iexplained basically in tears no one said anything. There?s no telling what I drank. Read more

SHAINA & ZACK were EXCELLENT! I went to pick up my order and come to find out when I got there I had set it for the next day! ... They politely said ?no worries, we will whip it right up for you?. I was so grateful because they were about to close and I?msure they were already packed up to close shop. NOW THATS SERVICE. That sub was actually the BEST sub I?ve ever had at a JimmyJohns-#9-ITALIAN and not just because they did me a favor, because they took the time to do it right. Good people. I?ll beback! Read more
