This is by far the best Jimmy Johns I've had, up and down, the East Coast. Their customer service is stellar - they always know... my sandwich and sometimes if I'm stuck on a work call or with my dog in the car, they will see me pull up and bring out mysandwich if they aren't busy. Visiting this store has become part of my weekly routine - thanks to everyone at this location whomake my visits pleasant! :) Read more

I had been sitting in my car at the emergency department while my husband was in the emergency. I had not had lunch so I saw the... Jimmy John?s across the street. The staff was VERY rude and unfriendly. I had to ask where the water, chips, cups, and lidswere. You would think that being across from the hospital and knowing that everyone is going through something they would bemore caring. Never again! Read more
Food arrived "Freaky Fast" in 45 minutes. Order was not correct. I reached out for a refund and was told they cant issue one.... They offered me another sandwich. Why? So, I can wait another 45 mins? Read more
Jimmy John's has good food and friendly staff. They pride themselves on being "freaky fast", and they are - but that's not... always a good thing when you need to ask them to make certain changes to your sandwich. There have been several occasions wherethe sandwich was wrapped and ready to go *before* I had finished ordering it. Again, great in most circumstances, but, noteveryone wants the same sandwich. I arrived at quarter to one in the afternoon with a very light crowd within the restaurant. It was not busy. My order was taken... quickly and the sandwich was prepared faster then any other sub shop I have been to. The food was delicious and preparedaccurately. The meats and the bread were fresh. The staff was friendly as well. I would have given four stars but the staff wasstanding around talking and taking selfies. There was some trash on the floor and dirty tabletops from previous patrons. Thestaff could have been cleaning instead of talking to earn better service recognition. Read more
I asked for a piece of the JJ wrapping paper to be placed between the bread and the meat and although they had been done before... they said they couldn't do it anymore. It would have taken 2 seconds. We were traveling and I didn't want the sandwich to getsoggy. It's okay, there are a lot of sub shops in Charlotte. Read more
