Even better the next day!! It was last minute and I had called three different Caribbean restaurants with no luck on finding a... caterer for the graduation party. I was given her name by the last restaurant I called and they said she could make the veganoptions I wanted. I was very particular because I wanted the dishes with no meat and certain spice levels. I asked for?Festival? and she knew exactly what I wanted! When the food arrived I took a taste of that dumpling and was immediately happywith my selection. Decided to try this spot out after reviewing the menu. I had the curry chicken roti and man this was perfect. When I go back to... NY I always eat carribean food since my fathers side is from guyana. The best Roti and red snapper in Charlotte! The food is seasoned to perfection and fresh! Worth every dime. My husband even... complimented her service because he has experienced horrible service from many Caribbean spots in Charlotte. Don?t waste yourtime going anywhere else!
