I always thought ordering online would make it easier for those making the sandwich since it?s printed out and right there to... see. The last two times I have ordered from this location, it has been incorrect. The first time, paid for extra cheese only toget no cheese. The second time ordered two completely different subs, one white and one wheat, and the bread was on oppositesandwich?s. I have always loved jersey mikes but whoever is reading these online orders needs to REREAD and have someone elsedouble check to make sure they are right. I don't normally give reviews, okay, this is my first Google review ever. The 3609 South Blvd. Charlotte location did an amazing... job 6/10/22. Quick service, courteous & responsive staff, and clean store. And of course great food (#17 is killer)! Jenna, Iknow you are proud of your staff and store. We'll definitely be back soon! I've been here a few times for lunch in the past few months and service was always fast and polite. This is a great Jersey... Mikes.... and certainly as good as any other one I have been to. The seating is limited but I usually just grab it quick andhead back to work. Read more

It?s Sunday, I get it. None of us want to be at work right now, but we are. Is it really that difficult to acknowledge your... customers when they enter the store? Or acknowledge them at all for that matter? The 2 young men behind the counter hadabsolutely no customer service or hospitality. Might have learned this from who I can presume is the manager on duty glued tothe laptop. She did look over her shoulder once, but again no acknowledgment. I?m not saying I need special attention, but couldy?all at least not make it seem like coming in here is a crime? Even the actual food wasn?t all that great today. Soggy tomatoesand aged lettuce. To the owner of this location, I would suggest revisiting your Sunday crew. I come here often since it?s rightnext to the gym, but next time I?ll be going to the poke place instead. Read more
