Go to Jersey Mikes almost daily. Easily the worst one in the greater Charlotte area. Bread is always overcooked, hard and dry.... Employees that mumble and cannot speak clearly with any customers, feels like an awful place to be/work. American deli, nextdoor, couldn't be any worse. Managed extremely poorly. Read more

Some of the best customer service I have ever received. The chef (?) knew so many regulars by name, greeted everyone, made... polite conversation and did a fantastic job with the sandwiches. The bathrooms and dining room sets incredibly clean, thekitchen was very tide and clean as well. Overall, could not recommend this location enough. Came in around 1, was greeted by friendly staff members. Placed my order and waited about 15 minutes for my sub. Took it to go... so didn't get a chance to look at it until I got to work. For almost $10 very small sub not satisfied with the portion, it'sabout the size of my receipt (see below). Flavor was fine and decent amount of cheese but I specifically asked for no jalapenosand a certain type of bread which we're both done incorrectly(see below). Won't be coming back. Read more

Not only are the subs here AMAZING, but the staff are very kind! I always enjoy eating here and always go to Jersey Mike's for... great tasiting subs! I've been coming to this shop since I was five years old and I still love coming here! I really recommendthe tuna fish sub with some red wine vinegar or the philly cheese steak sub. I always get provolone cheese with any of my subsbut they do have different types of cheese available for your liking. If you are really looking for a place with great subs anda nice atmosphere, this is the place to go to! Read more
