I go to JMs weekly and this airport location is nothing like a normal storefront. The sandwich maker is the problem. She... immediately announces to the customers that shes alone so expect a wait which is fine but she said it so rudely as if she reallyhates that customers have appeared. Next she is talking down to the cashier in front of customers as the cashier is attemptingto relay my order to her. Then the sandwich is NOT AT ALL WHAT I PAID FOR which is a #3 Mikes Way with pickles and bananapeppers!! I attempted to tell the sandwich maker that my sandwich wasn?t made Mikes Way and she got defensive and startedyelling at me, ?I added the banana peppers myself! They are just on the bottom and Mikes Way doesn?t come with Mayo!!? How nastyand of course I double checked to find ZERO banana peppers on my $11 sandwich!! She also added no oil/vinegar and was stillclaiming that she made it Mikes Way!! Corporate will be notified. I NEED A REFUND. Do not spend your money here, please. This not a 2 star location. Let me help other readers understand the misguided complaints. Jersey Mike's Subs does not toast... your sub. Try are meant to be served cold and fresh. They always cut the meat and cheese right in front of you so you knowyou're getting a new ingredient that hasn't been sitting in a tray. Yes, since they don't toast your sandwich, they'll get thebread soggy. You're supposed to eat it relatively soon and not hours later on a flight. Seems strange to review a Jersey Mike?s, but I?m feeling compelled after my most recent visit during my layover in Charlotte?s... Airport. As I approached the line at Jersey Mikes I got worried since it was about 15 people long, and I only had about 1 hourtill my flight left. The staff blew through the line of 15 in about 20 minutes getting me to my flight at the perfect moment.The fast service is still not the reason I?m writing this review however. The staff at this location was so positive, and theyclearly enjoy working together. I?m sure in an environment like the airport, they are regularly met with rude and frustratingcustomers, but you wouldn?t think so looking at the smiles on their faces. Customers at this location are attempting to grab a sandwich and get to their gate, but the staff is clueless to this. The only... cashier and manager spent over five minutes with one customer. After the next two customers, the cashier began stocking thedrinks while the line continued to grow and we needed to get to our gates. The manager could have added more drinks since sheonly had one cashier and we were stuck in line praying to make it to ours planes. They have got to do better. Read more

They don't have the full menu. Long wait time. Sandwiches are solid, even when they forget something on it idc because its the... JUICE for me! They are almost always super busy. 5 stars because the employees are always busting their tails behind thatcounter. Read more
