Food was fine as it always is, but why have a rack at the front of the store for pick up and not use it or place a sign on the... door to go to the register for pick up orders. Store was slammed. I waited 10 mins then approached the register and they had myorder back with them. So annoying. I saw two other customers dealing with the same pick up issue. Read more

I have never seen a Jersey Mike?s so busy; however after ordering here, I completely understand why it was so packed. The... workers were always helping someone, Nikki (the manager), was extremely friendly and always willing to help no matter how harshthe scenario. I placed a mobile order and the food was so delicious! While there was a slight hiccup, they made it right and thecustomer service definitely did not disappoint! UPDATE: Soon after my review below the problem was corrected and the sandwich meat is back to being shaved just the way it... always was. I have been going back to this location ever since. I just haven?t remembered to update my previous review. Greatjob at the Stonecrest location ????. The reason I love Jersey Mike?s is because of how thin they shave the cold cuts. I alwaysgo to this location and they shave the meat perfectly and the staff is so friendly, but when I went there last week it wasclosed due to renovation. It was open again today only different people were there and the ham was sliced much thicker. I didn?tlike it at all ????. I will give it one more try, and if it?s still sliced the way it was today, then I?d rather drive all theway to Indian Land, SC (which is much further away) where they know how to slice the cold cuts right.
