Don?t waste your time. Went at 7:12 PM on a Monday. Dining room was locked with several employees lounging in the eating area.... Entered the drive thru and was told they wouldn?t be taking any orders. After informing them I have already submitted and paidfor an order via the app, I was told to pull around and got my food a few minutes later. Sounds like there was nothing wrong andthe employees simply didn?t want to do their jobs. Don?t know how this place pays rent. Read more

I ordered food online and when I get to the drive thru they say 3rd shift is currently not in and they're waiting for them to... show up. My thought is ok why aren't you working until they arrive? Where is the third shift supervisor? You guys are supposedto be 24 hrs right? I've been seating in the parking lot for over 30 mins and I am constantly seeing cars pull up to the drivethru and being turned away. That's not good for business Jack in the Box. Definitely not good. I am very disappointed and Idefinitely want a refund on my online order. Read more

They wouldn't sell me food. I was told that they were only doing door dash and online orders, with no explanation as to why they... could only make food for people who weren't there. This has happened at least twice now, and I think it's fair to post this sothat hungry people can adjust their expectations, and know that they might have to keep looking for food. It's been good enoughin the past. I think if it a register issue or something, that should be related to the guest. Read more

Pulled up to drive thru- & an employee came on to tell me they were the only person working & everyone else was on break. Could... I wait 10 min for them to come back? No! This is sad! I always have to worry at these locations if I?m going to be able to eat.Ridiculous! Go home! If you aren?t there to work! It?s 7 pm! People want to eat, not wait for you to get back from a break! We did not receive about half of our order. We received one of two cheeseburgers, 2 of 16 tacos (so 1 of the 8 (2) for $.99 we... ordered), and not a single sauce for the egg rolls, tacos, or stuffed jalapeños. While we received the jalapeños, they wereblack, burnt, and inedible so I now have to feed 5 people with one cheeseburger, 3 egg rolls, and 2 tacos. When we called, wewere told to drive there and pick up the rest after ordering delivery. Someone should work on finding people who care about evendoing a little bit of quality work. Read more

First time at this location and service was great not to mention that our food was fresh hot and delicious. Although they were... out of tea out at the drink service station staff was very quick to let me know that they had another station for the drive thrucostumer's that they would gladly fill my cup. We drove 20 hours from NYC to come here for the amazing tacos, we got there at 11:30pm and the guy at the drive thru said they... have no employees to work and might be open or not. I told him we drove 20 hours and asked if he thought it might be 10 minutesor hours till help showed up. He said he didn't know, I said ok, please let me know, can we sleep in the parking lot? He rudelysaid "it's a free country, do what you want". It's a shame they can't find enough workers to be open when they say they areopen. If I knew someone drove 20 hours for their awesome food I would be a bit nicer, he didn't have to be disrespectful. Heknows they can't fire him cause he's the only worker showing up. I work early mornings so it is wonderful that this location is open 24 hours A-day for drive-through. However recently within... the last couple of weeks 3 times I've tried to stop for breakfast on my way into work and have been told that "the system isdown". I can understand once or maybe even twice that being the actual case however 3 times it seems like it is intentionalespecially given that the 3 times the same person was working. I find this completely unacceptable and will be filing acomplaint on this location to their corporate office.
