I used to go there daily and now the dining room has not been open... for 2 years and I was going through the drive-thru but recently they started telling me they are only taking online orders everytime I pull up. Arrived at 8:48 AM for dine in (sign says dine in open at 6 AM), and all doors were locked. The manager then proceeded to open... the door and ask me if I need a job! Then he tells me no dine in (only drive thru), and then got a major attitude with me when Iquestioned the hours and posted business hour signs. No wonder this place has such terrible reviews online (which honestly Ishould?ve read before I wasted my time coming here), I?ll never go back when I?m visiting this city!! Read more
I arrived at the drive thru.. and was told they were only accepting online orders through the app & Door Dash orders. I... downloaded the app and it stated that the location wasn't accepting orders at this time. Why have a drive thru if you're unableto provide drive thru ordering services? That makes absolutely no sense and is a disappointment. Read more
This is the second time we?ve come to this Jack in the Box. The first time was a night visit around 10:30pm when the hours were... still posted as a 24 location. The store lights were on as was the menu board. After sitting at the speaker for a few minutes werealized they were actually closed. Our visit today was at lunch. I fortunately placed a mobile order. When we pulled up to thespeaker box we sat there forever and my husband finally said ?hello?. A man came over the speaker and said they were onlyaccepting mobile orders. We told him that?s what we had? but how long would we have sat there if he hadn?t said anything? It?slike they are ignoring the customers. We pulled over in the parking lot to eat our food, and there were 4 employees includingthe manager sitting down outside the restaurant door smoking. At the Jack in the box on Westinghouse in Charlotte at 7:48pm on June 28th and went to the drivethru. I was told that they were... only taking online orders. Asked how to place one they said online at jackinthebox I assume they meant .com. I proceeded toattempt to place a order and was told I needed to leave the drive thru because it made it appear as if they weren't doing therejob. I asked why that would be and the female employee answered they wouldn't serve me even if I did order online. I told her Iwould be leaving a review and she replied she didn't care. This is supposed to be a Southwest Chicken Salad. Definitely not worth $6. Looks like it has been made for a week, missing the... romaine lettuce, black beans, and spicy corn sticks. Only looked like one employee working and he was more interested in talk onhis cell phone rather than working. I want my money back, but it would cost more to drive back there then the salad costs! Placed an order for this location and was told it?d be ready at 4:46. Pulled up about 5 and the doors were locked. So I pulled... around to the drive thru. After waiting about 10 minutes no one came to the speaker so I drove around. Then had to wait another15 minutes in line. When I got it the food was cold, the fries weren?t cooked all the way and I had to ask for the salad Ibought. Terrible experience. Read more
