Definitely one of the worst pizzas I've had. Not sure if they know what Neapolitan pizza is. I was extremely excited to go here... finding out they were making it with 00 flour. If you have made your own neapolitan pizza at home then you know but wow! Itlacked salt and cheese had a very bitter taste. Pizza was extremely soggy. The bottom was undercooked and the crust had a reallybad burnt taste. This pizza should have a hard crust (not burnt) and when you bite in it should be very soft but not the casehere. I ended up throwing a whole pie away when we got home. The only saving grace for this place is the Gelato and Cannoli. Wehad the pistachio cannoli and mango Gelato. Superb. Maybe they are in the wrong business. Desert Cafe would be better than thepizza place they are running. Read more

I recommend this pizza restaurant, it has a very modern and cozy American vibe with great vibes the pizza has different types... for vegetarians and meat lovers. I like the time frame it took 15 minutes for the order to come, fresh and delicious! I wouldrecommend it if the pizza had more flavor it was quite simple for the price of 15 dollars for a pizza with some cheese and 5basil leaves and the pistachio $17 is alright. Update: 04-09-2022: The restaurant had the table down and people were dinning in it. The staff was busy make the delicious... meals, drinks and yes.. ice cream. The restaurant has outdoor and indoor seating . The staff are busy making the deliciouspizzas. The salads are also tasty as well. ???? Read more

Friday was our first time at the Dilworth location and the staff were just as friendly and helpful as the Providence location.... The crust makes it for us - slightly crunch outside & slightly chewy inside. Toppings are always fresh and flavors pairedperfectly. Great location, possibly the best pizza in Charlotte and look forward to the next visit. Read more
