The pizza on the happy hour menu was really good!( only $10). The pasta was really small portion given the price($28). The... cocktails tasted a little watery. Overall a great place for a date night but I probably wouldn’t come back given the price andportion of the food. Read more

We stumbled upon this gem when there was too long of a wait at a nearby restaurant and they did not disappoint. Our bartender... Vinstead recommended the pesto pizza and we also ordered the Daco burger (medium) everything from the French fries to the pizzacrust was amazing. Nothing went lacking on the flavor profile and the food was really a 10/10! Check this place out next timeyou're on South Blvd Read more

We had a really good date night experience. 1. Make reservations ahead of time. They are BUSY. We were seated promptly on... arrival. The lower level dining room is a bit noisy and lively. However, upstairs (where we were seated) is very comfortableand inviting. It's more of an intimate feel. 2. The food is delicious! We had the Bianca pizza, the duck ravioli, beetsalad, and the roasted chicken. You won't be disappointed with the flavor and seasoning. 3. The alcoholic drinks areoverpriced. They are tasty but expensive. Somewhere in the range of $14-$25. 4. The waitstaff is top tier. Everyone issuper friendly and accommodating. The manager (I'm assuming). Even made sure to check on us twice. 5. It's not much tocomplain about. It's in a busy area and the drinks are overpriced. However, this is what you'd expect in this area aroundSouthend. Definitely drop in (with reservations) and give this place a try. Read more

I had to take off 1-star simply because our reservation was for 8:30pm and they didn’t seat us until 9:15ish… and we were... there by 8:35 Once we were seated, we had phenomenal service from our waiter and the manager came to check on us as well closerto the evening so no complaints there Drinks: ???????? I had a Manhattan pictured that was very good Appetizers: pictured(bread & meatballs) and not pictured was Flounder Crudo -all 3 were great! Entrees: #1. my friend ordered the crispy Flounderentree (forgot the dishes name but it was great from the piece I tried) #2 the Agnolotti is what my gf had, it was very goodand was a nice presentation with the cooked corn silk on top #3 Duck Confit Ravioli stole the show. Everything was great but weall agreed this was the greatest of the entrees we had! I’d definitely return and try again because the food was so great! Read more

Cool place, good vibe! Upstairs seating offers a great view of bar and kitchen. Entertaining while waiting! Portions are sized... appropriately… no leftovers! We had burrata and pasta dishes. Both were tasty. Menu has ample variety. Being restaurant week(we didn’t know, not locals), the staff was challenged with multiple menus. So, it took a very long time to get each course. The burrata was confusing to the server as one of us was GF, but the other not. No bread was included, and it took awhile to getthe bread. Pretty burnt toast when it arrived. The Manager who said he had been in town one week garnered extra points forwalking us to the car under an umbrella when it was raining sideways. I enjoyed the food….be patient with the service ifvisiting on a bustling night. Read more

I would say all dishes we ordered were good, right portion (not too much - but you might be still hungry if you expect a bigger... portion). Cocktails are pricey (that how restaurants make money anyhow) like $14-15.. if they decrease price, we would ordermore than 2 per person..(Im just saying..) Read more

I hadn't really heard a ton about this place since they opened, but recently a trusted friend highly recommended it. When I saw... the restaurant week menu, it was a no brainer. You can get pizza as an appetizer. My husband and I shared: - Spicy SopresattaPizza - Roasted Mushroom Pizza - Black Pepper Tagliatelle - Agnolotti - Panna Cotta (x2) We were blown away by how good it allwas. My top two dishes of the night were the Agnolotti and the Roasted Mushroom Pizza. But everything was fantastic. I wouldhappily get it all again. This is now my favorite pasta in Charlotte. The pizza is also great, but there are other pizza spotson par with it. I highly recommend making a reservation in the next week to take advantage of their awesome restaurant weekmenu, but if you don't do that, it's definitely a must try anytime. Read more
