Two of us stopped in for breakfast. It was as cold inside as outside. One of us ordered the smokehouse combo. Everything was... fine, except the smoked sausage was nothing more than a couple grilled hot dogs. The rest of the food was moderate. We alsoordered 100% orange juice which had obviously been water down by at least 50% water. Very disappointing. Service was ok. Read more
There was little to no other customers in the restaurant at about 7:30-8PM. Service was lousy. Had to ask for utinsels and were... given plastic wear. The ketchup at our table was just about empty, when asked for more the waitress gave us one from anothertable that was also empty after the third time of asking she finally, unhappily, brought a full one Didn't even have anyone askto refill drinks. Haven't really been to IHOP in a while and apparently there have been some changes to the menu options and the way things are... done as far as seating, most likely due to covid. They no longer have the stuffed French toast, flavored syrups and Tabascosauce. There's also no flavor options for the iced coffee, which I think vanilla should be standard anywhere iced coffee isserved, but that's just my opinion. Overall okay experience. Read more
Servers looked busy so I tried to be understanding, but when I first walked in the cook was glaring rudely at me and my... daughter. Waited a long time for the food just for my daughter?s tenders to come out burnt. Was ready to leave so I opted to payon the app, but was chased down by a server quickly who assumed I didn?t pay. If I had been greeted and taken care of with thatsame quickness, the experience may have been different. Read more
Awful. Paid over $20 and I feel like this meal came from a homeless shelter. The roast turkey dinner literally came with 2... ounces of mushed up turkey, and Kraft Mac n cheese. Totally nasty. I could of cooked this myself for less than $2.00. don'twaste your time or money Read more
Being from Atlanta you get use to a certain type of greeting and Rachel made me feel like I was at right at home . Gave us some... wonderful advice on our trip as well. The food is awesome always. Ryan greeted my party. She was nonprofessional with a great LACK of customer skills. The restaurant was not full. She made me... feel very unwelcome. Her tone and gesture was at high in negativity. Finally after I was seated I met Brenda my server. She wasfull of joy and has great customer service and turned my frown upside down. Ryan could definitely learn a lot from Btenda. Read more
