Showed up with no expectations. Went to another version of same was too buzy. Found this gold nugget 4 miles down the road..... showed and sign said "help wanted." Assuming theyd be understaffed was then reasonable. Assuming they would be operating a welloiled machine may not have been a stretch of the imagination... Then I met a man named Stacey C. Not sure exactly what it wasabout this man, but he made my wife and I feel so welcome that I knew I was at the right place to fix my hunger problem. Cantput my finger on it. But I can say when the feeling is right, we can dance all night. These folks, all I saw were integratedlike a true family! The kindness was EVERYWHERE! If you are lucky enough to get Stacey, be sure to reciprocate with the samekindness he showed us. No doubt this man has a proud momma somewhere in his life. 5 stars for the IHOP, and awesone meal, and"all the stars in the night sky" for Stacey C. Will I visit again? This is the worst IHOP I have ever been to. They had no orange juice , no lemonade , no juice options at all . They simply said... they ran out 2 days ago which is totally unacceptable at as a manager to not ensure your customers have this is subpar. Theworkers are walking around loudly saying this is ridiculous we don?t got nothing repeatedly . The bacon came out hardly done .Just horrible would not recommend . I hop has gone done dramatically . Was quoted a 15 minute wait to be seated, and waited over 30. Several tables were available, but not cleaned and ready for... customers. There seemed like there were a lot of workers not actually being productive given the mediocre amount of guests. Waitress was good though. Food was good after it arrived another 20-25 minutes later. Bathroom needed some attention. I'llprobably avoid this one for a while until they can get their ducks in a row. Read more
Table needed to be wiped off after we were seated. Server was polite and attentive. My wife's cheese eggs were not visibly... appealing. Otherwise, everything is was good. The pancakes were nice, fluffy, and hot. Read more
First time back in IHOP since the outbreak, pleasantly surprised. The staff was courteous and inviting as I walked to my table... from hostess, cooks, and busboy. My server wasn't playing No Games, She greet me, got my drink order, checked on other guest,and wiped down a table that wasn't in her section. Slide the drink in beside me as she greeted another couple then took myorder. Wasn't really impressed with the presentation of my food but when I tell you it was the second best omelette I've had inmy life. ?? Read more
Stopped here for my friends birthday dinner right before closing and had the best time. ???? We were staying by Carowinds on a... Wednesday and this was one of the only restaurants in the area open after 8pm. Ihop is always quality though so it was worth thetrip. Great service even when it got surprisingly busy because the Chili?s next door was closed. Food is always hot and fresh. Ilove that they drop the carafe of coffee off for you, always a nice touch. ?????? Read more
This is an amazing IHOP location! The waitress that we had was friendly, attentive, and even came out to my car to let me know... that they were open. She welcomed me into the restaurant with a smile on her face and a pleasant demeanor that is rare to see inany establishment these days. Once I was seated, the food I was served was delicious! The omelet was perfectly cooked with noextra grease, and the Tres Leches pancakes? Probably my favorite variety of pancake they serve. I am thankful that the staff atthis IHOP took the time to serve me and I will definitely be heading back there again. Thanks again to all who work at thislocation! You made my experience memorable.
