Understaffed, went there today with my wife and service was slooooow. My wife ordered crispy bacon and it came out limp, it... appeared it was the manager that brought the food out, she gave it back to him and said she ordered it crispy, he tool it andthat was the last we saw the bacon. Someone needs to clean up their act at this location. When leaving there was a line ofpeople waiting and I said good luck. I am Very Disappointed at the lack of Customer Service!!! The hours of dining here is already sporadic in nature. I called for... about an hour trying to put in an order over the phone. No one bothered to answer. I knew that they weren't busy because Iwork next door a could see. I just wasn't able to leave my location. I go in and Niya treated me as if I was bothering her. Iunderstand that she's new, but Customer Service is KEY and Affects your wages!!! I don't know if leaving out my napkins andUtensils was intentional, but I won't be returning. Food is decent but kinda lazy. Got a bacon temptation omelet and it was just a regular omelette with cheese and bacon thrown on... the top instead of having it cut up and mixed in then topped with tomatoes like it should be. Kinda disappointed in it buttasted okay Read more

I went into IHOP on Lancaster Highway in Ballantyne on Thanksgiving night. When I tell you that there was literally one person... taking orders making the food bagging the food taking the money cleaning the restaurant and doing every job possible I do notexaggerate. This gentleman?s name is Ronald Fowler. I want to say his name again, Ronald Fowler. Shout out to you Ronald youabsolutely crushed it and it was not just me I was waiting in the lobby with two other people and this man did his best andsuccessfully completed my order it is one of the best meals that I?ve had from IHOP and one of the most accurate orders thatI?ve ever placed. At one point for people came in and I personally explain to them that one guy was doing everything and thosefour people had the audacity to sit there and wait 15 minutes to place their order Meanwhile there was 3 to 4 people ahead ofthese four people, that?s just not right that?s just not decent.
