Surprisingly good. Hole in the wall no frills mom n pop joint but worth checking out. The popusas were perfect, the guacamole... was delish. The tamales were huge, they were loaded with chicken one is more than enough. I really want to go back for theirbreakfast. This is my newest obsession. I enjoyed every minute I was here. They treated me and my friend like we were family. They gave us... complimentary chicken soup and took their time giving us suggestions from the menu. They brought the food in courses which wasperfect since we had ordered so much. I felt almost as though I was being welcomed into their home. The mother and daughterreally went out of their way to take care of us. All the food was amazing too! From the tamales to the pupusas, empanadas,baleada, tostadas, refried beans, and a few other things I can't remember the name of.. everything was amazing. This place was recommended by a Guatemalan friend that said its the closest to what home taste like, idk if it really is, but... what I can tell you is that me being from Hispanic decent this place is amazingly delicious! And cheap cheap cheap! The tamalesveracruzanos(not known like this at the restaurant) took me back in time to my abuelas kitchen! Delicious. Read more
