I give a 3 Star because the food is great . I called to place a order for pick up and got put on hold for 10 mins. showed up to... the store just for it to be no customers inside and the lady standing around. I get inside and wait for her to come up to theregister to greet me so i can order my food within that time she stood behind the wall for 7 mins until she finally wanted togreet me . Super clean dining room, friendly staff and the biggest, freshest Groucho sub I've had in the 30 years I've been eating... Groucho's subs (the original location is in Columbia SC). My family enjoyed theirs as well. The subs could've been a bit warmer,but were so massive and delicious it didn't much matter. The toffee crunch blondie dessert was also first-rate. Onlydisappointing part of the meal was the potato salad, which has always been good at other locations but is missing somethinghere, bland and mushy. We will be back! Don't forget to put the Formula 45 sauce on your sub for the original experience. Read more
My husband loves Pastrami and decided to go to Groucho's for a sandwich. He was very disappointed in the sandwich. The pastrami... was bad, as well as the bread, even the pickle. He said the best thing about his meal was the chips. Read more
We ate a late lunch at Groucho?s today. It was our first time in and we are not likely to go back. There were two other tables... eating while we were there and a decent amount of to go orders but it took quite a while to get our food. We both got capresesandwiches. I got mine on pumpernickel and the boss got hers on pita. We asked for them both pressed / warmed. Hers wasn?tand mine was ?warm? but not toasted so the high water content in the mozzarella made for some pretty soggy bread. They were outof basil as well so basically just mozzarella, tomatoes, and a little balsamic. Saving grace was the pickles - there werepretty good...and the sweet tea with pellet ice. Will probably just stop at pasta provisions if we want a caprese and are inthe area. ???? Read more
The food is always fresh and so quick! We have to stop here when we are on that side of town, even if it?s just to pickup a togo... order. Best deli in Charlotte. Read more
