Ordered an ice cream cake for my wife?s birthday. Placed an order for the Snicker cake online. When I showed up to pick it up,... the cake hadn?t been made, even though I placed the order a week ago. I brought my extremely shy teens with me and very blunt Latin-American husband with me on a Sunday afternoon. My kids took ages... to choose flavors but the two servers were awesome and patiently waited even offered to help. We got two milkshakes:cotton candyand snickers; my husband went with a classic banana split and my chose the peanut and chocolate covered cone with cotton candyand cheesecake. All tasted pretty amazing. We normally prefer Jeni?s Splendid Ice Cream because of the unique flavors. But thisis a completely different experience. There are variety of cones to choose from, cups in two sizes, and milkshakes. Toppings arefree. I?d suggest you take the time to read over the menu first and decide what you?d like. You can ask to sample anyflavor. Please REMEMBER TO BE KIND and don?t show up when the place is packed expecting outstanding service with very fewemployees. This place needs some management and not sure if it even has an owner. The choices they have everyday for ice cream is... different. They like to use the excuse that they are having issues getting product but Covid is not affecting thing anymore sonot sure why that?s used as an excuse. The store is barely clean and the employees all look miserable. Not sure if it has to dowith pay or the owner but you can tell instantly this location is a franchise because other marble slabs I have been to havebeen amazing. I am reaching out to the manager. Wanted to let you know my kids got sick after getting ice-cream from the stonecrest store. Worst customer experience I have had for a while. The woman inside acts very demeaning towards customers. I was honestly shocked... how she treated me. Also was not aware they let you get 3 scoops but smash them all together in a weird mess. Read more
Absolutely delighted with our first visit here at Marble Slab Creamery. Similar to Coldstone with their how-you-want-it options.... However I will say, I prefer this place over your normal Coldstone. Much more topping to chose from. Several different stylewaffle cone choices. They also offer ice cream cakes and options for your doggie. The lobby was clean and the staff wasfriendly. We were also served within 20 seconds of walking in. Plan on returning to this gem! Kudos! Read more
