We decided to try Fuel when our usual pizza spot was closed. I have celiacs and they were extremely knowledgeable and warned me... about the risk of contamination being high due to both ovens being in use and wanted to make sure I was aware and okay with therisk or if I wanted to change my order. The food was absolutely amazing. The gluten free crust had the perfect crisp, myboyfriends calzone was one of the best he?s had and my kids ate all 6 garlic knots and an entire pizza. The pizza here was not good. The pizza sauce is so bland. Where is the garlic? It tastes like store bought tomato sauce, yet it... somehow is even more tasteless.
