I like Freddie's in general but this team needed some leadership. Food was fine. Came out quickly. Full staffed middle of the... day without the volume of business to cover. Staff standing around doing nothing when tables could be wiped down and trash areacleaned. The place need to be cleaned. What was bad about this visit how the staff treated customers When a staff member leansagainst the counter with their back to the customer, it speaks volumes on what leadership is expecting. ( very little) The actof turning your back to the customer in the food service business is basically a sign of disrespect. It says your notimportant. Now if team member had to do something that caused them to turn around. That is different. I know food service is ahard industry. That is why successful operations are driven by people who LOVE the business, the people, and love putting outthe best food They believe in the best service. Food service is not for everyone.. Food and service have been top notch each time. The burgers are on point and if you like string fries, you'll love them. The... Manager came by to check on each customer and was super nice. The only issue is the tables are rarely fully clean and a numberof the seats have large tears where people typically sit. Read more

Food is trash. My order was horrible. I ask for my Burger all the way. I have to add tomatoes and spinach & mayo. My fries and... burger were cold ... I never eat from here again. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I called multiple times for you all tocorrect my order and each time no one answered the phone. How could you do this to the public? Cashier so quick and cocky with her responses. I felt like I was rushed at the drive Thur. Spent over $30 worth of food, for... this little girl at the drive Thur to be such a smart Alec. Great food but a hit pricey for the options. Burger and fries were hot and cooked to order but there was a long wait.

I used to love Freddies over here. But over the last 3 months the service and food is absolutely horrible. The staff doesnt... smile, they are rude, and forget stuff. The food is cold, 2 times I ordered a burger that was raw. This time I ordered a shakeand they literally took the whole cherries and stem and mixed it in. I wont be going here anymore. This was my first time to this establishment. I got the Double California combo. The food was good. The operations side was not... up to par. The dinning room needed to be cleaned as well as the drink station. One girl came out and collected the trays andbaskets but did not do any cleaning up. I think with a bit of management this establishment could be a 5 star place. Read more
