Great customer service from Khalil at the register. He was nice, friendly and genuine when he greeted us. The food came fast and... was great. The fries had just come out of the fryer and we're good and salty. The burger...it hit the spot. Love me some FiveGuys! Read more

Although I love the burgers, EVERY SINGLE TIME I order something to be delivered, it is wrong. And when I call about they say I... have to take it up with UberEats when they are the ones who did it wrong! So today was three strikes and you are out. No moredeliveries from Five Guys. Read more
Simple burger with 4 ingredients, yet there?s cheese on it. This order was placed on the app. I do NOT eat cheese. Waste of my... time, gas, and money. 2 weeks later update: I?m given cheese again! Was in the Central Avenue area the other day and it was later in the afternoon when I realized that I hadn't eaten lunch... yet. When I saw the 5 Guys sign in the little shopping center. I decided to pull in and have something to eat. One of the betterchoices that I've made lately. Everything was handicap accessible and there was plenty of parking space available. There wereplenty of tables outside with umbrellas for shade. And the majority of the tables were already shaded from the sun because ofthe large overhang of the building. The inside of both the restaurant and the restrooms were exceptionally clean andwell-maintained. Whenever it was my turn to order, I chose a double-burger with cheese, some fries and a small drink. When I hadfinished my order, she asked me what kind of toppings I wanted on my burger. Initially, I had overlooked the toppings that wereavailable for my burger. The staff member directed my attention to the bottom of the board and told me that all of the toppingswere free of charge. This alone impressed me to no end, as there was quite a large selection to choose from. I chose lettuce,tomatoes, ketchup, pickles, grilled onions and grilled mushrooms as well. Besides the toppings that I've mentioned, there wereat least 8 to 10 more toppings available at no additional cost whatsoever. Don't forget the peanuts while you are waiting foryour order. They are also free of charge and located next to the huge bags of potatoes; which are just waiting to be turned intosome of their fantastic french fries The burger and toppings did not disappoint. They weren't stingy with any of theiringredients. The fries were nicely done with a crispness to them. They overflowed the serving cone that they were in andlittered the bottom of the bag. This location was very disturbing and made enjoying my food very hard. There was bugs flying around in the ketchup and around... the drink area. As I ate my food I kept having to swipe bugs away from my food. My order was messed up and as I told the workerthere and she began to explain to me how it wasn't even though the menu said otherwise. No I didn't eat outside even though itprobably would have been cleaner. Read more
