This visit to the Charlotte, NC Five Guys Northlake location was very disappointing due to the rude and nasty manner of an... employee. I was excited by the clean exterior and interior along with the delicious aroma only to receive rude and nastyservice. I went in to order and asked if they had a menu for the visually impaired. The courteous cashier was trying toaccommodate he asked the staff in the back if there were any. An angry voice yelled TAKE A PICTURE WE DON'T HAVE ANY.Thenthe owner of the loud nasty voice rudely shrugged his shoulders and threw up his hands in a dismissive manner. I guess thespecial needs of your customers don't deserve to be addressed nor considered. Your employee is a representative of your companywhen they are on the clock and should be trained to be more sensitive to customers with special needs. Came at like 9:15pm, they don't close until 10pm. They had a sign on the door saying that due to a technical issue they could... only take online orders and had the doors to the store locked. When I went online, the online portal was closed as well. Guessthey just wanted to close early because how could you not at least take cash?
