Very dirty and slow service. There were 5 people working but what seemed like only 2 people making food. The test were just... standing around talking. They desperately need to clean the air filters. If you look up, they all are filled with what looks tobe black mold. These air filters are over the food prepping area and I?m sure are falling and getting on the food. I love Firehouse. But today I had to leave without a sandwich. Watch any employee or manager rub his nose multiple times and... touch the register with his gloves on and proceed to make sandwiches with dirty gloves. There's a sink right there wash yourhands and change gloves!!! Read more
Horrific horrific customer service experience- We used to love this location but the customer service from our last visit... disappointed to the point of maybe never returning to this location again. I ordered a medium club on a cub with no onions extramustard extra mayo , and large Italian on wheat no onions. Both were made with onions and my Italian was made on white. Thiswasn?t the biggest issue, when I asked for my subs to be remade, I was treated with frustration and rudeness by the staff as ifI couldn?t get a simple remake of my subs (including the young lady in the red shirt which I believe was the manager on duty) .Be that I?m a former manager in food service, I was very understanding of the mistakes when making my subs but there?s no excusefor a customer to receive unprofessional treatment. I gave nothing short of respect to the staff so when they responded the waythey did I just left. This location needs additional training in the skill of customer service. Read more
