The cashier was horrible, she played with her braids the whole time she was taking the order. She did not greet me, just not... friendly. I understand that due to COVID customer service has generally relaxed to a shadow of its former self. Whoever the individual is... at the register though? shouldn?t be. I didn?t even see her at first because she was half laying on the counter scrolling on herphone. After a minute or so she looked up and asked me if I had ordered yet. I decided in that moment that I no longer wantedfirehouse so I turned and walked out. I didn?t really appreciate the condescension from her on the way out the door either.
