Ghetto the manager on duty and the staff. Talking and laughing about prior customers and I?m sure they were talking about me... when i left. I felt very uneasy will not be returning. Once you match someone energy you?ve allowed them to win. I refuse toargue with anyone. My peace and energy is important to me. I love my job and i respect our clients because without our clientsthere wouldn?t be no jobs for us. Respect goes a long way. I?m very disappointed in this restaurant. I am giving this place 3 stars, because although the food was good, the customer service was not. And, interestingly enough,... the reviews that have been written over the past few months reflect the same sentiment! I am pleased to see that the owner hasresponded, but is a change really taking place? Customer service goes a long way, and can really make or break a business. Iunderstand that this job probably hires cheap labor (aka college students), but cheap labor shouldn't equate to badtreatment. The staff they hire is very u professional. I?m in here right now and the young ladies they have are playful, cursing, and... talking about situations that are not employee like. They have a friend working that is not part of the staff. I will complainon tweeter as well. Here is what my sandwich looks like. They purposely smothered my sandwich in salt and pepper. I could noteat it. This is what I bit into. So unprofessional at this location, very disappointing. I will not take the 40 minute trip backout there to get my sandwich fixed.
