Super unorganized and rude employees. One of them is sweet but other than they young girl they?re all rude. It was a bit busy... and they just shout your order but if you have a small menu then everyone orders the same thing. This black girl with red andblack braids with long eyelashes shouted what was my order and remembered that it was this other guys. I let him go and we werequestioning it then she yelled ?come on!? And shook the bag at us. The guy took it and I went back to wait and a girl came up tome and said that she was scared to get her order. They probably shouldn?t let everyone at queens work there cause she was reallyrude for no reason. They should use numbers or names instead of just calling the order. She had no reason to be mad if everyoneorders a popular item. Read more

Sharing a one-star review in the thought that maybe a address change will be made on Google. From the reviews I read this is not... the first complaints of Google directing people to a church where the bagel shop is clearly not. So if you could stop wastingpeople's time with an incorrect or inaccurate address that would be fantastic. Read more
Address is for a church - never found the Einstein Bros Bagels after driving in circles
Walked there. Could not find the building. GPS was telling me it was located in the church. Called the number and got connected... dining services for Queens University instead. Read more
