Absolutely terrible. I fly through Charlotte weekly and I love Dunkin. This location is always a mess, always short staffed,... never serving the full menu ("coffee and donuts only"), and doesn't open on time. Such a shame. Read more
Dunks sure isn?t ?running? in the Charlotte Airport. While everything is open, Dunks in the Atrium sure isn?t (6:30 am) ?we... just stopped by and the doors are closed?this is the second time in a week. In addition, they don?t serve hot sandwiches after12:00. Although new, maybe corporate needs to brew-up some new management to get this back on track! Read more
Unfortunately it?s exactly what you?d expect from an HMS Host-run airport Dunkin. Poor staffing, rude employees, inconsistent... hours, never stocked, etc. They never have any hot food, but they don?t actually tell you until you wait in line for twentyminutes. You?re lucky if they actually have coffee half the time. Doesn?t accept the Dunkin? app for payment. Forget aboutmobile ordering. Somehow the Starbucks locations seem to get it together. HMS Host needs to pay some serious attention to thislocation. Read more
They don?t even deserve 1star but needed it to leave review. The airport at 7am every restaurant was already open. The staff in... I was there last wknd. Got a med coffee cost $3.52. I gave the cashier $4.02 he puts the money in the drawer shuts it gave me... the receipt. I said "you owe me $.50" he said "we don't give change" I said "what" he said "we can't give change." No signanywhere that mentions this policy. So Dunkin at the end of the day keeping the change makes alot more money than just sellingcoffee and donuts. Dunkin has STICKY FINGERS Very profitable business keeping the change, thieves!! Dupe'em Donuts Yes I havealready contacted this store and Corporate and they don't care that they make money this way. Sounds like a class action lawsuitto me. Staff was so friendly and personable. Got our drinks quick and had a nice little conversation about bath and body works scents... with them. Truly the best random-airport conversation I?ve ever had. ???? Dads coffee was dark and rich, just like he likes it.My cold brew was A+ and much needed for our busy day of traveling. 10/10, give the employees working around 5p on 8/14 a raise. Read more
I had high hopes when I heard Dunkin? was coming to CLT. Then it opened? and the disappoint set in. This Dunkin? is never open... on time, and when they do, its hours late because of a lack of employees. Completely unreliable establishment. When they areopen, typically all they will tell you is they can only serve coffee and donuts? Photo was taken after 7:00AM on a Saturdaymorning and the location is closed up tight. Slowest service. Waited in line for 35 min only to have to leave so I didn?t miss my flight. The 1 girl doing the cash register... who must have been pulled from the Jimmy John?s (cuz that?s the uniform she had on) had no senses of urgency despite the longline. People got their food and drinks before they even paid which is how slow she was. Figure it out DD Read more
