Went to Dunkin yesterday for the first time in months. I moved out of this area but was doing some shopping nearby. Ordered a... refresher via the mobile app. The juice was overbearing and did not taste right. I had to throw it away after consuming maybe2-3 sips. I had driven off and been on a time crunch or I would have driven back. This location quality is normally consistentbut today was not good at all. They don?t take their ads down on time so they are misleading customers with deals that are no longer active
Friendly staff. Food was disgusting. Threw it away when I got home. If getting coffee or doughnuts your good otherwise AVOID
It is what you expect for a Dunkin. Good coffee and decent food. The line can get crowded quick and could cause a decent wait.
The early morning staff is extremely nice, prompt & willing to provide satisfaction guarantee they go above and beyond, thanks... for catering to my needs as I have to be at work early also! Read more
I usually love Dunkin coffee, Dunkin everything, but this location kind of sucks. I have ordered the same coffee 3 different... times here and each one tastes nothing like the last one. You guys specialize in coffee yet you can't even be consistent. Read more
This location is 5 mins from my job and most time I pass by the other location I visit often. On Tuesday for what I thought was... gonna be a good visit. The company slogan is America runs on dunkin, however the employees that work here with the exception onone or two young ladies doesn't quite seem to understand that slogan. It's always a gamble coming here Tuesday there was about 6people working and it was still a wait to get my food i didn't even order coffee once I walked in I could tell it was not gonnago well because I didn't get greeted by the young lady who always takes care of me. I was late to work and i git a burntsandwich. I would like fir the owner or hiring manager to train the young workers to know people come in to get quick and hotfood to get in and out. I appreciate the workers showing up durning covid 19 as I am an essential worker as well and it can beoverwhelming however even before covid there were still some slight issues with promptness. One of my favorite locations for their quick service . The cashier there was the only one in five months of being in Charlotte... who understood what light and sweet coffee entails. Five stars alone for that. It?s never really crowded and lots of parking. Read more
