Horrible. Went here twice this week for a black coffee and a chocolate glazed donut. Both times ordering through the drive... through. Both times I Described I wanted the chocolate cake donut that is glazed. First time I got A white glazed donut withchocolate icing. Told them I ordered the chocolate donut. She took it back, wrapped it in napkins, and handed me the same WRONGdonut. Today I received 2 regular glazed donuts in a bag with napkins covering them ????????. If you don?t have something, tellthe customer. I would have just ordered the coffee! This blows my mind. So bad. Never coming back. Read more
This Dunkin donuts has very unfriendly staff. They are not courteous and are highly impatient on the three times I've been... there. It seems like they need a better manager or more staff. This morning takes the cake - I order a pick-up order online asa walk-in and they've locked the doors. They make eye contact with me multiple times and ignore me. Assumedly, they are drivethrough only but couldn't bother putting up a sign. So now I have a half melted drink and I'm 20 minutes late since thedrive-thru is so long. Very unprofessional. Read more
All the food was in a bad presentation, I ordered a large matcha ice and the gave me a medium and not the cup was not even full... to the top. I order a sandwich and pay for extra bacon and they didn?t put extra bacon on it. I ordered a bagel with creamcheese the bagel is cold and hard as a rock and the cream cheese is not even spread. The 3 bacon , egg and cheese croissanttaste like burned food. Horrible experience. Read more
Lately in the morning hours , they only want to accept cash and mobile orders and the morning manager has a really nasty... attitude toward his customers. I have witnessed him be extremely rude to several customers yelling at them and beingcondescending toward them over the drive thru speaker. I see another location is opening up further up south tryon so I willtake my business down there when they open hopefully he won't be transferred there. All of the other employees are so pleasant.Im sure upper management will start to recognize the decline in profits and start looking into why. Read more
The sourdough sandwich is honestly a 1/10 the only thing keeping this item on the menu is the bacon because it?s the only thing... on the sandwich with seasoning in it. Also you?re given 2 little slices of bacon normally but you?ll get 4 little slices ofbacon for $1.00 more if you ask for extra. The crust was hard I had to peel it off. The cheese taste like string cheese that?sbeen melted down and stripped of all flavor. The eggs have absolutely no flavor whatsoever. The only thing I like from here isthe sausage cheese x egg croissant. It?s buttery, cheesy and actually has seasoning. I?m just trying to help my people who likeflavor and not blandness. Read more
Management at this location really needs to consider advertising food shortage. The wait in the mornings is between 30-40... minutes just to place an order, only to be told that they are out of almost every donut flavor and the muffins they havepictures of everywhere. It?s not the employees fault, but they end up being the ones to have to deliver the news to hungry and Icaffeinated people that waited that long. Horrible experience, poor atmosphere and they don?t care if the give bad quality food. Ordered on the app came about 20 mins... later and the lady didn?t even have my drink made. She quickly made it and it tasted so sweet so obviously rushed. I left this Dunkin VERY happy so I was extremely shocked to see bad reviews. The workers were all SO kind and got my order out... promptly. They had a deaf employee. Another employee (who I assumed to be the manager, very nice guy!) was putting forth effortto learn sign language to communicate orders to him. Very very nice workers. Read more
