I have been to this location about 3 times. The food is sub par, I am not impressed by their drink selection and you always have... a ridiculous wait after ordering. You have to remind the staff to fill your order after waiting forever. Read more

I waited in line in my car for 10 minutes while the same car sat at the speaker so I parked and got out of my car and went... inside to place my order in the lobby and they told me they were not taking any more orders in the lobby... I told her I hadjust been sitting in line for over 10 minutes with the first car never moving and she said I'm sorry but I'm not going to beable to help you anytime soon... One of the worst Dunkin?s in the city. Stopped by this morning to get some breakfast. Dunkin has a bunch of freebies on the app... which I decided to use. I pull up to the drive thru and ask the lady if I can use both of my coupons on one transaction or if Ineed to create two separate orders. She acted as if she had no clue what I was asking her. I proceeded to order and as alwaysthey?re out of something. Nonetheless, I order a sandwhich and a muffin with two coffees. I get up to the window and have herscan my rewards so that i can use the coupons. She had no idea what she was doing. I activated the offers and she still saidthey weren?t on there. So I show her the app on my phone and ask what do you want me to do cause they are clearly on here andhave not been used. She gets an attitude and says hold on. She grabs whom I assume is the manager who also has no idea what he?sdoing. This location has terrible customer service and half the time the food and drinks are made incorrectly. I went there to buy breakfast today, as the line on the drive thru was long, I decided to go inside. It was awful. They were... busy taking care of the customers who were in their cars, while I was standing in front of the register waiting for them to lookat me. 7/25 6:45pm i use the self kiosk to place my order and i had a tmobile tuesday qr code wanted to scan it but wasn't allowed. So... i asked and there were 3 ladies at the counter weren't friendly especially the heavyset lady i assume she was the manager. Itold her i wanted to pay but the message kept popping up on my phone and i had the tmobile tuesday offer expiring today wantedto do the right thing and she told me i can have it for free. Won't be coming back to this location just horrible workers therewant to work but not give excellent service Read more

This review isn?t about the service. The service was great. This review is solely about the manager/lead and how she spoke to... the staff. It was rude and belittling. I feel bad for how these young women were spoken to this morning while there was a fullline in the drive thur! Read more

I don't really like dunkin coffee...I gave them a try when they did a copy cat version of starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew ..... while waiting for the real thing...Anyway it was disgusting ???? like all their coffee.. But still come here for the bestpumpkin munchkins.... Read more

Ordered wraps and looks like they are frozen cause the only warm part was the wrapping but cold cheese, egg and bacon. Now I... don't want to order wraps anymore just thinking about this experience. I asked for unsweetened tea with splenda, I got nosplenda at all so I ended without breakfast after waiting in line for way to long. Read more
