Save your time and money. I arrived at this location before going to work. I asked for a matcha with sweet cream cold foam on... top with almond milk. Upon receiving my order, I noticed no sweet cream cold foam which I expressed to Samantha. She walked awaymocking me before handing me back the drink with the cold foam. I politely said thank you and was getting ready to pull off whenI noticed the tag on the drink said oat milk instead of almond milk. I again expressed this to her. In the most sarcastic andnasty tone, she asked if I would mind. I respond with ?yes? as oat milk tends to mess with my stomach?. She shot me the nastiestlook, rolled her eyes, snatched the drink, and stated ?with all those people behind you and you?re going to mind??. Ummm excuseme Miss ma?am?! I?m not the one who messed up the order, you are. Instead of coming back to the window because she knew I wasgoing to have choice words, she sent Michael. I asked for the manager and lord behold it was Michael another one who had a nastyand disrespectful attitude. I stated my grievances (politely) and he said okay well I?m the manager and any complaint willalways come back to me so I?ll talk to you in a few days if you decide to call corporate. If you want good customer service and want the employees to be professional and go above and beyond THIS LOCATION IS NOT THE... ONE!!! Most unprofessional, disrespectful, talk real nasty about customers I refuse to ever give this store any money or anyother Dunkin moving forward with the experience I just went thru! Go to Starbucks or Mc Donald?s. Especially the older ladymanager that works early in the morning should set an example on how to treat customers and she was the main one being rude anddisrespectful! I will never ever step foot or give any of my money to this place ever again!! I have been a loyal customer andorder everyday to be treated the way I just did I will never!! I do not mind being given information but presentation is everything. Though the customer is not always right, what they say... should be considered. Just because someone works for you doesn?t mean they are always right either. Good customer service goesalong way. Read more
Michael is so rude and unprofessional. Very disrespectful and honestly should get more training as a lead or supervisor. All... over them messing up an order. The mint chocolate chip ice cream is old, gritty and taste like sand. Now my husband advised himwe had this issue on 3/27/22 and asked to for a sample which I thought they did at BR but maybe due to covid I?m wrong. Also wetried to get it again for my mom and was told last week was an old tube but this week was going to be much much better. So myhusband gets to parking lot after being assured the ice cream was fresh and GUESS WHAT it was gritty, nasty and tasted likedirt. So then my husband had to wait in line all over again for Michael to have a nasty attitude at the window. Read more
Unusually long line and long wait this morning which is understandable from time to time, but after patiently waiting I did not... get the coffee as I ordered it. Salted caramel latte ordered and caramel mocha was made. No one was eager nor offered to remakemy coffee and I felt bad for all the other people in line that needed to get to work as I did. I agreed to take it (cause Ineeded coffee!!), but barely heard the thank you under his breath as I pulled away. Read more
This is most definitely a 2'fer. You have Dunkin'(formerly donuts)and Baskin Robbins side by side, under the same roof and... inside of the same business. I've stopped here for donuts a few times in the last couple of weeks. And I have yet too bedisappointed with my purchases. My standard order is for a dozen donuts. With tax, the cost is a very reasonable $10.81. Theassortment is extremely wide and varied. The staff members on duty were efficient, friendly and the store was extremely clean.Everything was handicap accessible and the stores are only allowing to-go orders at this time. I've been to this location several times and it's always been good customer service. The drinks are always good as well as the... ice cream. They get a little busy but still do a good job getting people out from my experience. Read more
