So this is my second time ordering the pasta bowl from this location and somebody working there needs to be trained or just... doesn?t care I didn?t say anything the first time I ordered the pasta primavera that had no chicken in it because it was hot andhad all the other ingredients but this time I have chicken and bacon but nothing else. Did not receive the pizza I ordered, nor did I get a receipt. When I called the store to let them know, I was met with a... HORRIBLE attitude by the guy on the phone. Literally huffing and puffing and blowing hard because of it. I made a comment on hishorrible customer service and asked to speak to someone else. He kept cutting me off RUDE as hell. Tone was nasty. Ordered online last night. It came around an 1 hr 45 minutes after I ordered, but was marked on the tracker as delivered 20... minutes before it was actually delivered. It was a very cold pizza and tasted a bit rubbery. I can't speak on how it would havetasted fresh, but what I received was unacceptable. Read more
I was at Devil's Logic brewery next door, and walked in with the munchies. I immediately see the girl making dough while... playing on her phone with one hand, no globes... Gross. I was too hungry to not get food, so I ordered anyway. Then after Iordered, she stood around with her bare hands in her armpits. I left quickly so I would be able to stomach the idea that sheprobably made my food with those hands moments later. I returned to pick it up, ten minutes was super fast... Two of the girlsare on their phones in the kitchen without gloves, the guy who just handled my cash, now making food without gloves. Pizza wasgood, but I was pretty buzzed. Fast and good service, I live in uptown and by the time I order, get in my car, and drive to the curbside my pizza is ready.... Last time I went, they just made it within the 2 minute curbside window. They didn't make it back inside in time to stop thetimer, so I got a free pizza. 2 minutes is an insane window to aim for so I'll be going inside from now on whenever I can. Read more
The bone in wings were so tiny with hardly any meat and a bit mushy too. I do understand that there is a national shortage going... on but that doesn't mean that I expect this kind of wings. My Pizza was dry and not even the slightest bit warm. It would havebeen better if I had brought a frozen one from a grocery store. Read more
Ordered pizzas and tracker showed delivered but the pizza was not delivered . Noticed missed call from whom I assumed was driver... but when I returned it one min later no answer. Called the store and couldn?t reach anyone after four attempts. So called thedrivers number again and someone answered . They claimed the first driver forgot the order so another driver had to bring it. Itarrived over an hour late and cold. Furthermore the driver refused to deliver to my door, leaving the pizza with concierge aftera problematic order. All other drivers bring it to the door. Very hard to get good customer service I guess- and it doesn?t helpwhen the store manager doesn?t answer calls. Likely never order from this location again.
