A picture is worth a thousand words. Cheese on 2/3 of pizza, no sausage at all in some slices. I know pan pizzas tend to be... under cooked with mushy dough, so I ordered it well done. Still mushy uncooked dough. FAIL Read more

THIS LOCATION CLOSES AT 1a.m..I ARRIVED AT 12:10a.m..PLENTY OF TIME TO MAKE A PIZZA..I WAS EXPERIENCING GLITCHES WITH THE ONLINE... WEBSITE FOR DOMINOS..WHEN I ASKED THE 2 EMPLOYEES FOR ASSISTANCE THEY BOTH SAID THEY COULD NOT HELP ME AND THAT THEY WOULD NOTBE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING FOR ME DUE TO THE TIME..THEY LITERALLY TURNED AWAY MY BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY WERE MORE FOCUSED ON LEAVINGWORK EARLY. Had difficulty using the app. Got that cleared up with my bank. Went ahead and places order by phone. PAID for order... with debt card The App was having trouble with. Charged 16.32 plus 10% tip. Employee handed me my order. Left store, Hadto Return because employee handed me WRONG order. When I took in Incorrect order and made the exchange, employees just said?sorry about that ?. ?.. With a laugh. ?.. Haven?t ever had problem before, but Considered it RUDE and No compensation wasoffered. Dominos Isn?t that great of a pizza. Can easily take my business elsewhere. Placed an order. An hour later I called to find out the status and the manager on duty, Jennifer says it can be another 2 1/2 or... 3 hrs before the pizza will be delivered because there are only 2 drivers. It would've been great if the estimated time was onthe site before Iwe place the ordered. So disappointing. Read more
Ordered at 9:45 at night. Kept checking order, tried calling multiple times, finally took an Uber at 11:30 pm to check on it.... Got the response that they tried to call / text. No missed anything on my end. Said he would deliver. Now I'm waiting to see ifit happens. Ridiculous! Had to spend $10 as I'm from out of town to get a ride over to get my pizza made. Always better to pick up the food. Seems when it's delivery they just throw your food together. Update: They got it right 2nd... time getting my food delivered and the order was perfect. Looked amazing and tasted even better. Read more
I am usually not a fan of franchise pizza places, but was in a bind and Dominos came in clutch. Ordered online for pickup and... had smooth interactions. They were prompt with the food and didn't forget the sauce. Pizza was good through and was not burnt.Had great taste and the lava cakes were delicious.
