I absolutely hate Dominos! Mostly because they never have drivers and don?t communicate this online. They have so many... infographics about the franchise but nothing indicating low staff and long wait times or how about? canceling your order? it?shappened too many times and the young people I ordered the food for debated me on Domino?s being better than the others. I have ordered from here 3 times and each time it has gotten worse and worse but this last time was just down right unacceptable... my pizza wasn?t even cooked so the way I had a box full of dough, sauce and cheese. Then I called and asked specifically if mywings can be cooked twice it didn?t even seem like they were cooked the first time and they had no sauce. It is now April 8 Ihave been trying to get a refund since Mar 31 and all they keep offering is store credit and I don?t want a store credit I wantmy money back now they saying it?s a issue with card by this time I want to talk to corporate or something cause this makes nosense!!!!!!! Pizza was cold, and had virtually no sauce. I'm okay with the long delivery time, as I know staff is probably short. At least... make the pizza edible. Please note Kyle Patterson (below) reached out to clear up any issues. I sent the requested info andthen I followed up......still no response. Guess is shouldn't be surprised. This was supposed to be a NY style pizza, and I was so disappointed. The crust was so soggy and doughy that you couldn't even... pick it up. Then when I called I was actually told that because it was a NY style crust that's why it was soggy. I've had NYstyle pizza in NY and elsewhere and the crust was always done, never soggy or doughy. I was told I would get a credit, but thiswas just unacceptable and I can't believe they let it leave the store like that. As you can see, the one piece didn't even havecrust under it. Read more
