Got up this morning, looked for vegan breakfast in Charlotte and by my surprise, there was this lovely locally owned restaurant... with lots of vegan options a few blocks away from me in Merry Oaks. I dined in and adored the quaint seating area, with localarts for sale and the self serve condiment counter. It had everything you would ever need. The service was excellent andfriendly. They answered all my quesions easily. The vegan food was great. I had the Vegan AF and coffee. Affordable prices andtons of vegan desserts too! We bought some after we ate to go. Great food! Wide selection of drinks and interesting deli sandwiches and salads. The Cindy Turkey sandwich was super tasty!
We always have a fabulous experience here, and this week they took it up a notch. I stopped at the lunch hour and explained... that I was hosting some vegan friends for dinner - asked if the vegan BLT (so good!) would keep until evening? They packaged 4sandwiches for me - deconstructed so the ingredients wouldn't get sloppy before then. Was so "extra mile" and just as deliciousas ever! Fans for life! Read more
My girlfriend bought me a vegan cake from here and when we went to pick it up we decided to have brunch. There were incredible... vegan options (the best vegan breakfast we have had in CLT). Their ice lattes were incredible and you can get them with CBD. Theservice was phenomenal (the lady who helped us was the absolute best and super accommodating). The crew even sang me happybirthday and made my day so special. Overall, this is our new spot for brunch. This is a hidden gem. I definitely recommendwhether you are vegan or not. My girlfriend and I had La Jarocha Torta and a Buffalo Chix Sandwhich, both vegan. It was so delicious!! Honestly other places... like common market are so overrated. Love love love this place. Every time I come to Charlotte, we come here for breakfast. They have many vegan options as well as... non vegan options. It?s so good and I love the chill laid back atmosphere. You can?t go wrong checking this little spot out. Read more
