FANTASTIC. Food was incredible. We had the beef carpaccio as an appetizer (must try). I had the Rib eye deckle and my wife had... the goat cheese ravioli. We were blown away! My wife and I visited the Customshop for a birthday dinner and it did not disappoint. It was one of the best experiences we have... had in awhile. Had a great experience at Customshop Handcrafted Food in Charlotte NC. They have a small menu and amazing cocktail and wine... list. I ordered the hangar steak rare with fries. It was absolutely delicious. It was perfectly cooked and the fries were crispyand delicious. The bartender made an amazing dirty martini as well. Our server was friendly and attentive too. In my opinion the Customshop was just ok. For starters we had the tuna crudo (I was not a fan, but I also do not like... grapefruit) & the beef Carpaccio which was delicious & my personal favorite from the visit. The entrees we ordered are pictured: the Duck Breast which was cooked to perfection but lacked flavor/seasoning, the Rigatoni - safe option, the Cecamariti - it hasan interesting flavor I didn’t really enjoy & the pasta used was something I had never seen before & could go without havingagain, the best entree was the Atlantic Halibut it was tasty & the flavors blended well together. My husband and I love going here! All of the food is absolutely amazing and the service is always excellent. We love to get the... Burrata and Beef Carpaccio to start. This past experience we both got the Ribeye Deckle with Buttermilk Blue cheese. It was allperfect! Read more

We have been meaning to visit Customshop and finally got the chance last night. It was undoubtedly one of the best meals we have... had in Charlotte. The cocktails were amazing, the staff was attentive and friendly and the food was unforgettable. The pastadish we had was one of the best dishes ever! We already have plans to bring our friends and family back in a few weeks. If youhaven’t been here, you must add it to your list. Wish I could give a higher rating than five stars! Read more
Solid restaurant and cool ambiance. Trendy setting with classic rap soundtrack going but not too loud. Service was nice but... casual. I had the potato croquettes which were nicely prepared but I didn't get a lot of the ham that it said they had. Thesquid ink pasta with shrimp was great though and had a perfect level of spice. I'd definitely go back and the changing menuwould make this a good spot to hit regularly. Read more
