Overall service was fast as I ordered online and upon arrival food was ready, that was literally within 10 mins of ordering. I... wish they had an actual combo of all the meats like Cali have. I had the pork banh mi and while it was good overall, I think abit more meat towards the ends of the sandwich would have been nice. My sweet potatoe fries were a bit soggy but I think theydidn't let it steam out a bit before placing in paper bag. Drinks were good. I loved their passion fruit tea as that was reallytasty! While out running errands, I was reminded of a conversation 2 days earlier, where I was asked about this particular... restaurant. I described to a friend of mine what Banh Mi sandwiches generally consisted of; with all of the fresh vegetables anda crispy baguette style roll. And these sandwiches did not disappoint. The baguette was phenomenal; crispy on the outside, witha soft chewy center that held the vegetables and meats together perfectly... I was not disappointed. All of the cut vegetableswere fresh and each sandwich was made to order. Doesn't get much better than this. If you've eaten Banh Mi sandwiches before,then you know exactly what I'm talking about. Where has it been all my life. A small, bright, clean, yet colorful and modern place to casually dine with friends. Crispy Banh Mi is everything you could want in a delicious little sandwich shop. The Thai Tea with Boba is dangerously... delicious. The beef is sweet and tender and still meaty. The rolls are buttery and crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.The vegetables are fresh and the herbs are too. Amazing, if I do say so MI self. Seriously, what good eats. Nestled in no mans land, this is a traveler's cheap eats oasis. The... sandwich was great, (I got the chicken,) and the bread wasn't like glass shards to the roof of your mouth! I'll be going backimmediately to try their noodle bowls and other styles of Banh Mis. I've been craving a banh mi and happy to find this place while in town. I ordered a Crispy's Favorite banh mi, pork bbq banh mi,... pork vermicelli bowl, and fried tofu during a late lunch hour. The Crispy's Favorite was huge and delicious. Meanwhile, the porkbbq was wonderful as the pork was prepared Asian style like what you find in bao or siapao. The vermicelli bowl was a greatportion and pork also tasted great. And the fried tofu was hot from the fryer but flavorful and really soft to eat.
