I eat at Cook Out's anytime I can. I live in the University Area so I don't get to this side of town as much as I would like to.... I was surprised to see this Cookout and since it was lunch time I decided why not. First of all the service was excellent. Veryattentive and courteous. The food was hot and fresh and not greasy. I never get your Onion Rings because of this problem withthem being greasy. When my friend got them and they tasted so good, we went back and got another order. Didn?t know what to expect when I ordered Cookout?s Walking Taco?found out it was just a 25¢ Doritos Bag filled with beef,... cheese, sour cream and lettuce. I already know the commode will be calling my name in approximately 13 minutes. Read more
This five star is directly is due to one of the employees named diamond, we all arrived in the same vehicle but got to the... counter at different times and that?s normal at every restaurant but one customer took it personal and started a dispute,Diamond handled the situation very professionally and composed, of course the instigating customer was upset in the end. Neverthe less Diamond is an amazing employee by handling the situation and then responding back to us AND other customers with a bigsmile after the little altercations. An impressively bad experience, 45 minutes in line and still got part of the order wrong. Was told they where short staffed,... which I believe but this is the second bad experience at this location in a month. Avoid at all costs, at least until Cookoutpays their employees enough for them to bother showing up. Read more

So the reviews that are below three stars are absolutely correct. While playing my order I felt I had somehow inconvenienced the... employee being paid to ask me what I would like to pay for. Yes, think about that. So, after waiting fifteen minutes Just likeothers stated they had, I got one of the smallest chicken sandwiches I've ever seen in my life in a crumbled bag. Overall Iwasn't even sure I wanted the sandwich after that. I have to say that this was by far the worst fast food experience I have everhad in my life. I travel quite a bit and frequent fast food places but this was by far one of the worst. I'm very surprisedconsidering there's such a large presence for this chain in a state that prides itself on hospitality and customer service. Iwon't say I'll never go back but it'll be a long time before I do. I am sure that the labor pool is very shallow at the momentbut I would highly suggest to management that they sit down with their staff and have them read the reviews. Worst service ever. I got overcharged for my order for which the aloof & unsympathetic staff got wrong. I ordered 2 separate... trays a drink and a milkshake ( charged 20.95$) which I thought was strange but whatever, pulled up to the window, only toreceive one tray, a separate side of fries, burger and milkshake. I told the lady at the window that she was missing an extraburger meal and a drink from my order, the laughably incompetent employee tells me I?d have to pay another $20 for her to addthe original missing burger (which I had already paid for) to my order - which is ridiculous in it if itself, a 20$ burger?? . Iquestioned her on whether that was accurate? In the end I had to pay additional $ for a mistake made by your careless employee.In fact this cook out really needs to train its workers better, this is the second time I?ve received less than poor servicehere. As a customer this is unacceptable & I will not be returning here. My business will go to places where I can expectconsistent accuracy in receiving what I?ve ordered and paid for. Read more
