I didn't like the service... I went to cookout after a long time again and I used to love it, had ordered cajun fries and spicy... chicken sandwich. The didn't add any sauce in first place so I asked for 2 cookout special sauce. And the girl was like I can'tgive you 2, you can finish the sandwich in 1 you don't need 2 and asked me to move out. First time here. The menu is HUGE. Lots of great options for all taste buds. Prices are reasonable. The milkshakes are amazing... and filling. We were a bit confused on jow to order and the Cashier seemed to be as well. I wish they had a more knowledgeableperson working the walk up window who can answer customer questions and explain the process better. They should treat evweycustomer like it's their first time eating here. But that's just my personal opinion. Overall good food. Good quality. Goodpeople. Easy in and out location. Read more

This location is usually the one I don?t have to worry about with my order accuracy. But tonight that was not the case. I... ordered my cookout tray, then 2 corn dogs, 2 nuggets and cheese curds. No problem with ordering. However, the young lady wasdistracted by her Apple Watch that she didn?t verify my order to make sure my 2 corn dogs were in my order. So now I have paidfor items that were not received. I live far from the cookout and I?m hungry now. If I drive back my food will be cold. If there was a negative star I could give, I would give this place -5 stars. I JUST sat in the second line that they have, that... is usually always open after getting off work tonight. Sat in that line for 20 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Ihad to go around, ask the girl working the window what was going on and she closed the window and ignored me. I parked, came tothe walk up window and explained to her what was going on and why they didn't block off the second lane because another line wasbuilding even though no one knew they were not taking orders in that line. Completely unprofessional, rude staff that just wantsto get off work and do it to their liking with no customer service. I know good workers are hard to find but this made me neverwant to come back here again. I hope management can do something about this or conduct better training. If you're short staffed,it happens. But at the very least, block off the other lane if you don't plan to take orders from that lane. Terrible forbusiness! Read more

Sometimes I?m just in the mood for some cheap & pretty good/decent food & cookout never disappoints. You get what you pay for... and a little more. You?re not paying for a five star meal so that?s not what you?re going to get but what they do give you isalright food with great portions, at a cheap price. Can?t beat it. Today the line was pretty quick and it wasn?t busy (around3:30). There was a little confusion with our order but it was resolved quickly and smoothly & they gave us extra sauce with ourfood to make up for it which was appreciated. Egg Nog Shake was delicious. Good price for an entire meal. I wasn't given exact change owed back to me. They just handed me the... close to a dollar short amount owed to me and rushed me through. Most places just give you a dollar if they can't provide youwith exact change or add something to an order, for the trouble.
