I didn't like the service... I went to cookout after a long time again and I used to love it, had ordered cajun fries and spicy... chicken sandwich. The didn't add any sauce in first place so I asked for 2 cookout special sauce. And the girl was like I can'tgive you 2, you can finish the sandwich in 1 you don't need 2 and asked me to move out. I understand at times there might be ashortage of items but this is no way to talk to a customer. You can talk politely too. Read more
First time here. The menu is HUGE. Lots of great options for all taste buds. Prices are reasonable. The milkshakes are amazing... and filling. We were a bit confused on jow to order and the Cashier seemed to be as well. I wish they had a more knowledgeableperson working the walk up window who can answer customer questions and explain the process better. This location is usually the one I don?t have to worry about with my order accuracy. But tonight that was not the case. I... ordered my cookout tray, then 2 corn dogs, 2 nuggets and cheese curds. No problem with ordering. However, the young lady wasdistracted by her Apple Watch that she didn?t verify my order to make sure my 2 corn dogs were in my order. So now I have paidfor items that were not received. I live far from the cookout and I?m hungry now. If I drive back my food will be cold.
